Are coaching sessions confidential?

Yes, sessions are completely confidential. Your privacy and trust are of utmost importance, and information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential, following professional guidelines and ethical standards.

How long are the sessions?

Sessions typically last around 45 minutes to an hour. The duration may vary depending on individual needs and the type of therapy/coaching being conducted, ensuring ample time for meaningful discussions and progress.

How many sessions will I need?

The number of coaching sessions varies. There are different coaching programs. It will depend on the specialized area that you sign up for. 

Do you take insurance?

​Coaching services are offered on a private-pay basis and are not covered by insurance. We aim to keep services accessible by accepting cash, Zelle, PayPal, and Cash App, and offering flexible payment plan options.

How is coaching different from therapy?

Coaching and therapy both offer support, but they serve different purposes. Therapy focuses on healing, processing past experiences, and addressing mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, or trauma. Coaching, on the other hand, is future-focused and goal-oriented. It helps you gain clarity, build confidence, and take actionable steps toward the life you want to create.

In coaching, we focus on where you are now and where you want to go—developing strategies, accountability, and mindset shifts to help you move forward. While therapy supports emotional healing, coaching is about growth, direction, and creating meaningful change in your life.
