How do I book a session with you?
You can book a session by reaching out directly via email or through the contact form on my website. Once we connect, I’ll guide you through the next steps, including scheduling, service options, and any intake information needed to get started.
What should I expect from therapy?
Therapy is a collaborative and supportive process where you can safely explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. In our sessions, you can expect a compassionate space to talk openly, gain insight, and develop practical tools to manage challenges. Each session is tailored to your needs and goals, helping you build self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and move toward healing, growth, and a more balanced life.
Who do you work with?
I work with teens, adults, and couples navigating a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship challenges, heartbreak, divorce, and recovery from emotionally harmful or narcissistic relationships. I also support clients through life transitions, self-esteem struggles, and periods of feeling stuck, helping them gain clarity, build coping skills, and move forward with confidence.
Are therapy sessions confidential?
Yes, sessions are completely confidential. Your privacy and trust are of utmost importance, and information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential, following professional guidelines and ethical standards.
Will I meet with you in person or via Zoom?
Sessions are primarily offered via secure virtual appointments provided through Simple Practice or Psychology Today for convenience and accessibility. In-person sessions may be available on a limited basis—please inquire for current availability.

Sessions typically last around 45 minutes to an hour. The duration may vary depending on individual needs and the type of therapy being conducted, ensuring ample time for meaningful discussions and progress.

Stories of Happiness

KYRA H.
La’Mora is the most comprehensive and exemplary therapist I’ve ever worked with! I believe that therapy has the power to change the entire trajectory of your life and that is exactly what has happened to me. La’Mora has equipped me with the tools to thrive no matter what season of life I’m in. The words “thank you” will never convey my full gratitude, but my hope in writing this review is that she can have the same impact on others!

I can’t say enough good things about La’Mora. She has been incredibly supportive, patient, and understanding throughout my therapy journey. She has created a safe space where I feel heard and never judged, which has made such a difference for me. Her compassion and guidance have truly helped me grow, and I’m so grateful to have found her. ♥️

We met La’Mora at a time where our family was going through a very difficult experience. La’Mora has been and continues to be a great support and guide as we identify our family’s barriers and strengths. During sessions we feel seen and heard regardless of the topic of conversation. As per our child “the office is calming, I’m very comfortable with her, and La’Mora gives great feedback!”

I have been a client of Ms. Hardy for a few months now. She has been a breath of fresh air. She is very attentive and supportive of her patients. She always knows what to say and how to say it to make you feel comfortable. She is so relatable, it's like talking to an old friend.
